International Coaching Education 

The International Coaching Education will provide training for up and coming coaches in the following areas:

• Deliver Shuttle Time and related coaching session plans

• Coordinate, setup and deliver junior tournaments   

• School Teams 

• Develop junior performance training program

Program Criteria

• Any local or overseas level 1 coaching certification 

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Experienced national and international player's experience

• Fit in a young and dynamic environment

• Willing to learn

• Good IT skills ​

Program Outline

• Develop session plans for all levels of junior and senior players

• Develop coaching curriculum for international schools

• Understand badminton as part of school curriculum

• Performance reporting

• Players' analysis  

• Expected 30-35 learning hours per week (on- and off-court work)
